  Not a perfect 10! My technician was rushed and did not know how to shape nails. I had to fix them myself before she applied the gel polish. My color is uneven and have polish outside of my nail beds and she didn't even get the whole nail. She left a corner not polished and said I was done. Before I paid, I asked how much for gel polish. He had to ask the technician. No amounts for services posted??? I explained this was the worst experience in a nail salon. The manager Kavin, said I could wait or come back later and he would fix. I said, I didn't just waste my time and money to come back. He said he'd offer me a discount next time. Who knows if he will remember or if I give them a second chance. If you go, good luck!
